Daytona USA was for over a decade a 50,000 square foot NASCAR themed motorsports attraction in Daytona Beach.

Mr. Sullivan assisted Lesa Kennedy and David Exline with the design and development of Daytona USA. Mr. Sullivan developed the business model, designed all of the sponsorship packages, presented and sold all of the sponsorships, and oversaw the integration of sponsors into the project. The sponsorship campaign was a tremendous success exceeding all initial goals and expectations.

The Results:

Sponsorships equivalent to more than 50% of the cost of the project were contracted prior to the opening of the facility. 

Actual results versus goal were approximately an achievement of 270% of goal.
